Yeah, those alphas come from burgundy. If you take a closer look at the keys next to 'P', 'L' and 'M', you will see some color shift.  ;D

Finally got this keyboard that I've really admired for a long time. I particularly love its signature front lip.

KMAC Happy
  • Silver-anodized case with HHKB-style blockers. KMAC Happy PCB
  • Lubed (205g0) and clipped GMK screw-in stabilizers.
  • Lubed (205g0) Retooled MX Blacks, 63.5g - mounted on a red aluminum full-plate.
  • Hammer CRP Hebrew Blue PBT keycaps.

Love dat front lip.

Wish I could have been able to find the regular 60% version.

That's what I told myself but the exact opposite thing whenever I saw one in the standard layout. If I had to get a Happy it had to be the one with HHKB blockers :thumb:

Here on the other hand, I'd like a Koala like yours. That's the dream, seriously. You have an awesome collection of boards

Need to preserve the Alps set for something else so I rebuilt the Knight75 with vint. blacks @ 72g springs. Stay clean, stay minimal.

P.S. only fools use text-only mods, can't they see the alignment and font size do not match up with the alphas?

Thanks! Unfortunately I don’t have much to work with as far as the photo shoot goes but I’ll see what I can do  ;)

Anyway, the switches are vintage blacks (the previous owner claimed they were West German  8) ) that have been spring swapped with 55g springs from Kin and lubed with 3204. The stabilizers are GMK screw-ins lubed with 205g0.

Beautiful board dallman! You timed your post well, I just finished editing these so I can add to the OG Cherry + Koala love.

One of the original brass Koalas. I've been told they were made in low quantities (I've heard different numbers, between 5-8) as a prototype run before the standard Koala. I’d be super interested in any other information anybody has! Pictured with a Cherry G81-3000SAT keyset mixed with a G81-3100SDU keyset and a Cherry LED from the G80-2000HAD.

I tried to keep these as colour-accurate as I could but the ano on this board really likes to give off a blue tint under a flash, while it's usually a solid grey. Sorry for any inconsistencies :-[

Cerakoted my two years old Noxary X60 in H-142 Light Sand. Wasn’t a fan of the original anodization so this is a huge win.
