Okay ! Looks like SPRiT hurried up a bit. Everyone should now be invoiced.

Now i will put the parts into plain text for SPRiT to start shipping next week!

Updates on the plates can be found here:

I read in the email that some had their orders cancelled. What's left unsold?

I will have to see when we are done.
Let me know, I might eventually buy something.
My opensource projects: GH80-3000, TOAD, XMMX. Classified: stuff

Just in case someone cancelled his order including a PCB and nobody else wants it, I'd take it!

Are we up to the stage where we know if there are any leftovers yet? I'd be ready to pay for a pcb/plate as soon as any leftovers are available.

This may seem like a silly question, but so it is. If I solder the switches into place does that mean the plate is set in place? Or can You just unscrew the screws to take the plate off? Wondering if i could swap plates around for looks.
Once the switches are soldered in place the plate is trapped between the PCB and switches. You won't be able to remove the plate without removing all the switches. This plate does allow you to remove the tops from the switches, but the bottom half of the switch is still holding the plate in place.

Thanks for confirming that. Wasn't sure how that worked with pcb mount switches.

PCB mount switches have the same sides as plate mount switches. If anything, you can consider PCB mount switches "more physically secure" when used with a plate. :)

I received one of the cases that was suggested in the OP, the unlisted clear version. It's pretty good, especially considering it was only $20 shipped. It's basically a Poker 2 style case. It's not perfect, there's a few scratches if you look closely enough. It came with the clear adhesive feet, however it did NOT come with screws (fortunately I have an extra set from somewhere, otherwise can be ordered from McMaster I think, same size as TEX case screws). So if you were on the fence about that case or the seller, just know that it worked out for me!  :thumb:

Um... What is this?? How did you order that clear case? That looks really nice, and could probably be sanded down for LED diffusion...

The original post of this thread includes a link to a site with cheap cases. Apparently you can order them (besides the advertised models black and white) in clear too when asking the seller directly.
