it was because sissy is at a "remote" area in Aus, there's a remote fee added. For most people shipping is between $50-ish as expected. And for Russian fellas it's gonna be expensive anyways... The lowest I've seen is $24 to Singapore

Not necessarily. Invoices have only gone out to those whose boards have been delivered to the proxy. Your board may still be in one of the batch shipments in their way to the proxy before being shipped to you.
