I wouldn't necessarily say what they wanted could be construed as absurd (without actually knowing what they wanted). That is a lot to "correct", especially being that those were never supposed to be seen anyway. There really is no way to be around that, and if we ever want polycarb mods, it will have to be done sooner or later.

2. If it is infact "Nathan's Set", I would like to propose the below addon kit for SmallFry KB, the use of the FnF logo depends on inlikeflynn's discretion I think.

WFK is the white.
Maybe Hashbaz can chime in, but that "smallfry" set may require a handfull of new legends.

Well, the Klaxon ISO Enter key had a legend. It may not have been in the perfect place, but a legend at all is better than none ;)Show Image(http://i.imgur.com/eOYuhxv.jpg)
For ISO you need these 3 keys plus the enter key:Show Image(http://i.imgur.com/dMOlzKD.jpg)
But keep in mind that there are different ISO versions. Above are the German legends. Other ISO boards have different legends for the alphas. To me it actually doesn't matter which legends are on the keys as long as there is anything on it.
Blank ISO keys would be a dealbreaker for me, because it just looks odd. Imagine an ANSI board with proper legends except for one key. This key will always stand out and look weird.
So please consider offering proper ISO legends on all keys :thumb:
I can't speak for boiler but an ISO kit with legends seems pretty doable to me. I'm not sure about custom legends for the ISO Enter though -- I think I remember hearing that SP doesn't do them... ?
The Klaxon set had one as shown in the above picture. Of course this isn't the Cherry type, but at least it's better than a naked key among a bunge of keys with legends ;)Absolutely. Perfect would be just the arrow.

What's the logic behind the price tier if you compare the orange mods with the translucent ones?
Sometimes one is cheaper than the other and on another tier it's vice versa. Seems strange to me...

They look just like the alphas.
No pictures of them exist, because no samples were made. i3oilermaker added them because some of us thought the set would look better without the contrasting orange mods.

The modifiers are nice enough, but for the cost I will make do matching the alphas to either yellow/red Tai Hao modifiers, or make do with what I have. Now the poly on white mods are added I may consider a set of them later, but for now, the alphas are what impressed me most.

Tai Hao is OEM profile, and these are SP profile - different. Maybe that will grate on your sensibilities, maybe not ...

Once they see the set on a keyboard, there will be interest. I think people simply don't have extra money right now, due to holidays, etc.
Ok - I decided to drop the price on the 25 mark to $40.86 to hedge this bet a bit, but still give an incentive to order more...thats 10 of the 14 dollar decrease from 25 to 50. Hopefully you guys will want these next year!

My set arrived today; sorry about the quality of the photo, I promise it looks a lot lot lot better in person :DJust curious. Can you adjust the LED brightness on your board? If so, does the LED still shine through the caps in the non-polycarbonate areas (or I guess anywhere on the modifiers) on lowest setting?
On the lowest brightness setting, there's a small bit of light showing through the modifiers; I just have the backlight turned on for the polycarb keys now : PMy set arrived today; sorry about the quality of the photo, I promise it looks a lot lot lot better in person :DJust curious. Yep, this exactly. (Okay, maybe not the Apple-specific stuff...) The number pad is looking a bit left out, with the all-white set on the rest of the board - which is white too.

Anyone in the UK got theirs yet? I got my shipping notification on 13th but no sign yet...
Everything got shipped from the 10th to the 18th - I would assume most domestic packages have made their way home. International is always a bit of a crapshoot, but most make it in under 2 weeks. Of the hundreds (maybe thousands by now) of packages I have sent, I would say about 1% don't either make it there or returned to me, and I think 100% of those are sent to China.

Still no sign of mine either... The more worrying thing is that the tracking status just shows as "CHICAGO, IL 60666 - PROCESSED THROUGH USPS SORT FACILITY" but something I ordered two weeks later has progressed past that and is at "60688 INTERNATIONAL DISPATCH READY". To be fair, Brad has said that he'll send me a replacement if the first one doesn't arrive within the next week so I will hopefully get a set at some point!
The post office here tried to deliver mine today :) (I can tell by the tracking number written on the card) That's by far the longest I've had anything take to get here - normally it's 7-10 days - this took three weeks to the day...

No, as far as I know they can't process the US tracking code because every shipment gets a new one when it arrives at the Customs Office.

Every international shipment has a "Customs number," which stays the same from origination to delivery. Your number (should be in the form of AA123456789US) should be traceable through Deutsche Post.

A couple of questions about them, though.
1. Why does SP make such thin caps? :( They look great, but they feel cheap.
2. Why do the orange keys have white legends instead of translucent or milky Polycarbonate?
I get that the clear orange looked naff as the main colour, but that's kind of obvious. The main part of the key should be a solid colour and the legends should be clear or semi-clear, as they are for the white keys with orange legends. Keeps the board consistent and looks better with backlighting.
I still love the set, though.
