You do not have to send another form. I will note this name error in my records. You haven't been sent an invoice yet because I haven't had time to update all invoices. Most invoices will be sent at the longest two weeks after submitting an order, and most will take a week to send.

i think op's rules are you fill out form and then pay the gift payment and if u don't know the amount you pm or ask him here or sumthin

A status update:

I will be busy this week with work. But I will update all invoices by Sunday of next week.

Also, I would like to hear everybody's opinion if they want to make the deadline earlier. Making the deadline earlier is all possible thanks to Shadovved, who is helping to proxy and ship the orders.
If we make the deadline earlier, it will most likely be around January 7th to 14th.

The timestamp for you was 12/8/2013 12:38:53, a week ago. But you are first in line when I send out invoices next weekend. Work is bogging me down.
For future reference, the last edited date for the third reply in this thread is when I updated all the current invoices at that time.

I received your payment, when I update everything next weekend it will be marked as paid.

It looks like the final day will be earlier, next weekend when I tally up all the entries I will determine the final day, which will most likely be sometime in January.

They probably would impede the full range of motion for something like Cherry profile thick plastic keycaps for sure. Even 3mm flat top LEDs bump into those caps a bit (from the outer side). Unsure about DSA.
