I have been in touch with Kono and they appear to be working on the orders.  I don't have info beyond that, but it might help anybody here that's worried.

Very nice indeed.

Here are a couple of shots of mine - I usually make more effort, but I don't have my SLR camera right now...
lubed, retooled blacks, TKC1800 PCB.

The case is a little on the yellow side, so it's not the best, best fit. It doesn't take away from the gorgeous colour of the TA 90 though imo.

I ordered from the preorder at zFrontier after the buy closed. Has anyone gotten their order for a similar case scenario?

Bummer that you had to mix 1.5u R5 and 1.25u R4.

I hope Dr**** may consider an add-on kit to remediate this later! GMK Carbon should have R5 molds made for 1.25u keys. And the add-on should also consider adding R4 1.5u and 1u keys

I ran into the same problem...had to desolder the 3 switches again...fortunately I had a 7U cherry stab to cannibalize the wire from...have to order a 7U sealpc stab sometime, because the cherry stab wire is a little thinner.

I ordered mine from zfrontier too, after the buy had closed. Once shipped they came very quickly.

I ordered mine from ZF even after the preorder closed (IN STOCK status, and they changed the price to $195, DHL express shipping incl.) on Monday 3/18 and I received my set on Saturday 3/23.

Finally received it from Kono after weeks of delay. The alphas are slightly warmer than I expected but it mostly matches the original TA. The set is quite muted and is almost as hard to photograph as Round 1. ^-^ My phone camera simply couldn't capture the color so I uploaded two photos.
