From The Vault: Cherry 'Nixie' Switch Review

Now that my dust-induced allergies have subsided, I am excited to bring you a new vintage review deep From the Vault: Cherry 'Nixie' Switches. While many people these days would balk at a $1 per switch pricetag, some of the most famous Cherry switches - The Cherry Nixdorf Blacks - command a price 7x that amount these days. Nice review!  The Cherry G80-3494 also uses individual diodes inside the switches.  It was interesting to see another keyboard with those, especially an older model.  I had assumed that Cherry did that in the 3494 for n-key rollover, since it's supposedly a "gamer" version of the 3000.
