Is shipping really free?

Hey, I wanted to order a Geekhack spacebar, but when I go to check out I see no shipping cost, I live in Sweden and my paypal is also Swedish, but when I'm at the last page to verify the payment it just says 15 bucks, no mention of shipping cost.

Is something wrong, or is the shipping really free for this item to Sweden, even though the FAQ says it's 9 bucks?

Shipping for international orders is only free for orders of $50 or more.  It is added after entering payment info, but prior to finalizing the order.
