Title: [IC] Milled DSA Caps
Post by: NZcaps on Wed, 25 July 2018, 15:44:48: These are our latest DSA Caps!
Been working on them for a long time and they are finally ready for production.
They are made from Marine Grade aluminum so they won't tarnish.

These have a high polish finish but we think a brushed finish is going to work better for finger prints. What do you guys think?

We are going to put them up for sale once we have a decent stock pile (Don't want people to have to wait with a group buy). It would be great to get an idea of who would be interested.

Is there a way to scale the production in a way where we can fill a 60% with them for under a couple of hundred bucks?

That is the design!
The "ridges" are a tight wave vector going across the tip of the larger wave vector.
The edges are a smooth curve from a plan view but have a wave from the side view.
Must be the perspective of the pic.

They are going to be around the same price as artisans. We have to figure out discounts for full sets.
