10 Hammer keycaps (cherry mx) available ($3 per keycap with $3.50 shipping CONUS only)

All keycaps now listed are escape key/function row/number row profile.

SOLD

1) IBM Model F XT....converted to USB via Teensy 2.0 adapter installed internally and Soarer's converter code.  The key layout has been slightly changed (added a long left shift to try and approximate a more ANSI layout).  I can change the layout back to the original F XT layout if the purchaser so desires (but why would you want to do that :P).  The keyboard is in very good condition and has been thoroughly cleaned.  The only damage is to one of the extendable keyboard legs which has cracked.  I used epoxy glue to prevent the crack from spreading.  The leg extends and retracts without problem and supports the keyboard and typist's weight as originally designed.  The space bar has been modified to require minimal force to actuate (i.e. it's no longer necessary to hulk smash the space bar).  $80 shipped OBO (CONUS only) SOLD to Capitalistix!





2) Siig Minitouch (white xm switches).  This was bought BNIB and has been typed on for approximately one hour.  It's in immaculate condition with the only damage being a very slight brown stain on the cord. $40 shipped OBO (CONUS Only) SOLD ON EBAY.




3) Broken Siig Minitouch (monterey blue switches).  I completely destroyed 3 switches on this keyboard.  I am willing to part this keyboard out or sell it whole.  Eitherway, the monterey blue switches feel a little off and can use some contact cleaner (e.g. DeOxit, etc.).  Both sides of the keyboard chasis, the keyboard cord, and all keycaps are present.  Make me an offer SOLD to Burz!





4) Unicomp 101 (buckling spring).  This is a model from 2001 which uses a PS/2 cable.  2 of the function row springs are damaged (I believe it's F5 and F12)...those 2 keys do not click but do actuate when pressed.  I can include replacement springs for those 2 keys if the purchaser so desires.  I am missing all the keycaps that are not present in the below photos.  Make me an offer



5) Ducky 1008XM (clicky green alps) $35 shipped OBO CONUS only

The keyboard is in good condition. Most importantly, the alps switches are in good condition (i.e. they don't bind up and aren't gritty feeling).  It uses a PS/2 connector natively and all the keys work/function etc....both over PS/2 and USB.  If you want to use it via USB, you need a USB to PS/2 converter.   

Let me know if you have any other questions or want pics of a certain area of the board, etc.

i have blue, white alps.........., so i have to assume if their dampened then they are softer than whites? do you have whites where you have typed on both (dampened cream vs whites)? i have a focus with whites that really is pretty nice......they are an under rated board and also an APC (model?) with white alps that is as clicky, tactile as all get out; pretty big contrast.

so i'm thinking dampened maybe they are just tactile more than clicky without bottoming out?

the SGI board is a big monster! decent weight, steel plate...........? is it just the picture or has it yellowed (case, spacebar)? lasered caps it looks like?

no need to go into anything deep.....

Keycaps are dyesubbed (dark dark navy blue legends).  The case is a tiny bit yellowed...same with the space bar, but that is to be expected with an old board.  The switches are in good condition though (which is a huge plus with alps board since you really never know the condition of the swtiches...even from appearances).  Check out Ripster's imgur on the SGI boards to get an in depth look at the keycaps.   

Dampened cream alps are not clicky, but they are tactile.  I have a BINB focus board that has white alps and the SGI board is nowhere near as loud or clicky.  I really do love dampened alps.  Let me know if you have any other questions.
