Hey everyone sorry for the login problems. We updated the checkout process and it has caused a shipping address issue with a small select group of accounts. I am working on fixing these but need a little more information.
If you are having this problem, would you please send me a PM with the following information:

Default Shipping Address

Hi,
I'm having trouble logging in. When I tried with what I'm pretty sure my password is, it didn't work. When I use the "forgot my password" link, the email never arrives to my email address.
So I currently have no way of logging in to add items to my Group Buy order. Please advise.

Is this still an issue? I placed an order a couple of weeks ago (invoice number 3182) but now I can't sign in, and the site doesn't recognise either of my e-mail addresses or my username to send a password reset to.
Help?
