Depends on Cherry. We need rights from Cherry to be able to use the logo so if we get that, then yes. We plan on adding it to the extension kit along with some 1u's in R0, R1, R4 and R5.

GMK Thinkcaps which shipped recently from GMK has it although it has no R5 support so there's that. We are already running 5 kits at the moment and we don't want to constantly add more kits. I hope someone else eventually runs it in the future with R5.

like it, but Why do 1 custom color? could have just made them all pre existing colors so no potential delays, surely you could have used a red from a pre existing set..

We got rights to use 3 of the 4 custom colors which were already matched. We will be matching the red color ourselves and it shouldn't be a long process at all. Given GMK's queue, I'm fairly certain it's not going to cause any delays.

We will consider the Alt Gr in R4 but we want to keep the pricing as low as possible so people can buy multiple copies of a single kit. As far as the Esc is concerned, again we are planning on keeping the price as low as possible and the Esc wasn't really requested much from the IC responses to warrant adding it so we won't be adding it.

What layout uses 2 1u Controls?

No idea which layouts use 2x 1U Controls, but there are included in many sets: GMK Striker R2 + Extension, Jamon R2 + Ext., Muted R2 + Ext., Dolch R5 + Ext., ...

The 2x1u Ctrl would be for example used in a HHKB layout where you don't want to use the ugly colored Super. Also, whats the reason for including 1x 1u Ctrl?

There's no plan to add this as we're not a fan of it personally and there has been no interest shown towards it being added besides a couple requests.

Appreciate that there's already been a response about not adding even more kits, but a numpad kit without the sublegends and a row 1 = cap would be fantastic (unless it already exists and I'm just not thinking of it). Would have added that to the IC form notes, but totally forgot when doing so.

Still, really excited for this and the Icon Modi GBs when they come around.

I'm hoping I'm not the only one who likes this. But I like my function key to be on the bottom row. If I'm using a 7u spacebar layout that means my best option is a 1.5u key

I use the big silly enter layout and I love this for UK-ISO support. It's mildly annoying that I have to buy a bunch of other stuff just to get UK-ISO, but I 100% understand you had to do it that way in order to get it past MOQ 'cos no one uses it.

I'm in for at least extension and icons. Top lads.

Apologies. I didn't mean annoying. "Inconvenience," at worst.

As a UK-ISO user, I have to buy a kit with 24 more keys in it which aren't useful (to me) just because I want UK-ISO. Again I'm sure you've done it like that because I know full well how niche UK-ISO is and a kit with just those wouldn't hit MOQ.

I'm not asking it be changed. I'll happily deal with it since WoB Nordeuk++ R2 is probably dead.

KBDfans decided not to run this project due to current GMK lead times. I am reaching out to zFrontier now.

This decision was made without notifying Blunt or myself. After we noticed that they had taken down the IC link on their website we asked them if they were still planning on running it or not at which point we learned about this decision.

This behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful of our time. I will not be running any project with KBDfans now or in the future and urge others to do the same.
