Not really:

Pure: $114
Treb alum case: $120

Total: $234


However if you already have a pure than yes it is. But you can always sell the PCB to recoup quite a bit of money

1. The price
tinlong will try to get the price lower, but don't expect much. :)
2. Time
As usual, tinlong can get the board for few days (within one week)  ;)
