Title: Is this the Maltron layout?
Post by: dantan on Sun, 09 April 2017, 23:49:07
I got curious about this recently. There seems to be a bunch of Maltron layouts of which these seem to be the most practical for keyboards that we can actually get access to without paying a monster load of money.

Maltron has a several layouts depending on what you want.  You can also request a custom layout as well, from what I recall.

I can find but not afford, unless it is buying one half, then waiting for a long time to buy another half. But then I end up with something that is way too big and awkward.

'E' should be a thumb key to satisfy the vowel-separation criterion.
