On Dec 7 they requested a phone number. I reached out on the 27th as I hadn't received a shipping invoice yet. A response was given to me the same day, "be patient".

There are only a small group of people who have not been sent a shipping invoice yet according to the Excel sheet linked by OP. Not sure what the hold up is but it hasn't seemed to change much in the past 2 weeks.

They are very easily snapped off, just apply bending pressure. As long as you are not hulk smashing it, you won't have any issues

Has anyone who was waiting on a shipping invoice received one? Last I looked, the google sheet hasn't changed at all and the ~40 people waiting are still waiting (myself included).

I'm sharing the fear that this isn't going to be solved before CNY.

No, I am still in the list for waiting to be invoiced. A month or so ago I got an email asking for a phone number with the shipping address but nothing since. Resigned myself to probably having to wait until after CNY.

Glad to see that I and a few others got shipping invoices last week! Unfortunately I think they arrived too late to avoid the CNY shipping delays so time to buckle down for another month or so (if we are to follow the pace shipping has gone so far).

SQUARE.X Update

Hi all, this is Simen. Today I am going to give a progress update on the remaining SQUARE.X shipment. But first of all, I want to thank everyone who joined the SQUARE.X group buy. I believe most of you should have received your boards already.

A lot have happened during this GB. First of all, PayPal froze all the money from the payments so we have to fund the materials and manufacturing ourselves. With Fox Lab’s support, we finished manufacturing all the units. Unfortunately, two cases of keyboards and parts were damaged in transit, and we began to remake those boards and parts back in January. Due to constraints from the pandemic and Chinese New Year, all manufacturing has been paused now and will resume after 2/19. We estimate the delivery time for the remaining units will be around late February to early March.

For those of you who received and paid a shipping invoice on 2/2, your shipment will be arranged after 2/17 when the shipping company is open for business again after Chinese New Year holiday.

My sincere apologies to those of you who did not receive the boards on time. Please bear with me for a little more, I assure you we will try our best to get the boards to you as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact us at inett.studio@gmail.com or 506489343@qq.com
