ebay, only way to really get it if you didn't go to the world championships yourself or have a friend pick up stuff for you. I had a friend go and pick up some jackets for me, but the smallest they had when he went to the finals was Medium so I had him get me one of those (in case I wasn't able to get a Small off ebay) and an XL for a friend of mine.
