Honestly I thought this was a joke / a little stupid when I first saw it, but it's growing on me. I didn't have a board planned at the time that I thought it would work on, but now with Think v2.0 in IC, I'll definitely consider this to go with a polycarbonate Think v2.0 if polycarbonate ends up being a material option for that board.
I personally like that not all the legends are askew. I agree that there is a fine line between looking fun and quirky and looking sloppy. I think the normal function/modifiers/numbers help keep the set anchored and make the alphas / numpad numbers stand out more.
