Sorry about the delay guys.  I ended up going out of town for work on very short notice.  And then it got warm here.  To warm to even smoke cheese.  This will probably be the last round of the season.  I will leave the order link up and take orders over the summer and then start back up this fall.  All orders will be getting mailed out on Monday the 27th as it is supposed to cool back down significantly that weekend.  I didn't want to mail out when it was getting into the upper 60's during the day here. 

I have not forgot about you guys.  I do apologize for the delays.

Had a bit of a snafu today with the mail carrier.  I put the boxes in the mail box with the flag up, and the mail carrier only took one of the 4.  The rest will be going back out tomorrow.

I hate to say it, but closed up for the season.  Won't be open until fall.  I will leave the order form link up, but I won't be smoking anymore cheese until the fall. 

The reason is multi faceted, but is because of the temperature.  When it gets to warm, I have to hard of a time keeping the temperature low enough in my smoker.  Plus, I don't trust the cheese sitting in hot warehouses, plus hot delivery vehicles that long.  In the winter time it isn't as much of an issue, due to cargo areas of vehicles not being heated.
