Time to get beef cakes. I actually got this 2 weeks ago and have been using them everyday, pretty proud of myself.

Well worth the $$$. By $$, I mean $80. Not $199 like I see online....

But today I just bought groceries. Nothing too exciting today since I had a heck of a day yesterday.

Nice! Hope you have a bench...and a second dumbbell. I much prefer dumbbell fly to the bar.

Yeah I still need to get a bench and unfortunately it's only one dumbell but I'm managing
