Suggestion: Meetup threads get a special section or temp sticky in Off Topic

I feel like for a lot of the smaller meetups, they get lost in the Off Topic sub-forum. I think it would be nice to see a sub-forum like Keycon has or a temp sticky in Off Topic.

Thank you based mkawa for stickying the MK.com and Kiibohd 8 meetup threads :D. I suppose since I got the threads stickied and it seems like that is the best option, I'll lock this thread.

If you're running a meetup in the future, just ask the mods to sticky it :D.
