31-7-20 Update

Hundreds of west coast of US orders have been processed and pending to be delivered to local post office.
98% of the west coast of the US orders that HK Post is servicing (postal code from 81300 - 93999) right now.

Up to this point, around 70% of R1 orders have been fulfilled.

Is Canada included in this, or will we be afterwards?

Unfortunately, local post office has not resumed its service for Canada yet, when they do, we will immediately process the rest of the orders. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Of course, I'm in no rush at all! I understand that courier services are completely outside of a vendor's control; I've experienced my share of problems with them so you won't get any grief from me. Your support team was also very fast at getting back to me regarding my order details, which I appreciate a lot!

Ha.  I just got notification that this has shipped.  I didn't even know what the heck it was.  Almost a year for switches.  THese are going to be epic, boys.

Arrived.  Man, what a wait.  The switch looks great!  Just like the photos.  Spring weight is to my liking.  When the switches were first appearing, we weren't in the world of "oh hey, another JWK recolor."  But here we are.  And yes, this is another JWK recolor.  They sound and feel like a JWK linear.  That’s a good thing though.  They vastly improve in sound with films, snugging up the slightly loose top.  Hard to feel.  Easy to hear. 

Great linear switch for someone looking for a pink aesthetic.

I am on the west coast of US and I still have not received my Marshmallows (order #1767). It'd be nice get a status update again. Thx.

Status update I received from Thic Thock via email:

- US orders 83% fulfilled. US orders now waiting to be fulfilled: ~200.
- Other regions are 52% fulfilled (<50 orders).
- JWK did not deliver all the switches in the 1st GB, short 8K.
- Shortage will be made up using switches ordered for planned late Oct/Nov stock sale.

Me too, who would have thought switches takes more than a year to fulfilled?  I am missing one switch from my order, I guess I can't complain after all this time.
