We have receive quite a lot of request regarding shipping address changes, enquiries on orders status/what have I ordered, and also refund on extra shipping charges. Please fill in the form so that I can centralize all the requests.

In case if you don’t fall into any of the category above and have not joined my Cherry Logo GB before, please fill in the form as well because of the way Paypal works, we only have email address instead of phone number. Even though Pos Malaysia accepts shipping without phone number, we do however thinks that it is a safer way to tag the phone number to the parcel. As of now, we only have phone numbers from the previous Cherry Logo GB spreadsheet BUT we are not sure if those numbers are still in use or not.

Thanks for the help and support throughout this GB, this is our second GB (first full keyset GB, if it matters) and we are still in the learning process.
This GB has given us a very tough but good experience and we hope to improve from here on. Perhaps it is our mistake for trying too many new things into this GB and thus causing such a huge mess on top of the mess that is going to come along the way.
We got demotivated when we face with so many obstacles and there are days where we just want to
put the GB right at the back seat. We apologize that we couldn’t keep a clean record like the Cherry logo GB, in fact we created an even longer time frame as opposed to what our initial objective is, and that is fastest GB delivery record.
We failed and disappoint you guys in that aspect, but right now we are trying to wrap this up with limited manpower. Please bear with us for a little while longer, this is a beautiful set and we want to see to it that everyone got theirs.

idk what you guys want for 'Order ID' so I just put all 3 invoice numbers in. yes, 3 different invoice numbers - the original one, the one for the tray, and the one for the balance

Hi guys!

Today is Friday for me, and I have drop most of the orders from Vietname, Singapore and Indonesia to Pos office this week. I will make a spreadsheet for it when I am free this weekend.

Also thanks for those who have fill in the form, will reply to those who inquire for order status on tonight/this weekend.

For other countries order, I will start the shipping by next week, and hopefully I can ship this all out within one or two weeks.

Once these start rolling in, I would like to purchase/trade for a couple of keycaps in this set.
I will be getting the retro classic beige set, but it missed a couple of keys.

I am an ISO user so the main thing i am looking for are the "#" and "|\" key that are not used on ANSI boards.
I am interested in one of the numpad enter keys as well - just for flavour, but this is not neccessary.

I have money or some GMK ESC keyshttps://i.imgur.com/BGUxYHJ.jpg totrade. I will also the the retro beige set so maybe there are some weird keys in there you need for your layout.

It does, but it doesn't have a # or |\ key. It has keys that fit in that slot, but they wouldn't match my UK layout, whereas the 9009 set does. It is only a minor annoyance, but it i can sort it then i will try!

I see, I guess you've already got spare ISO-UK replacement caps for number 2, 3 and tilde? I am now using an ANSI board with US-International keymap precisely because it's just more annoying to find caps that fit ISO-UK layout.

I managed to find a full set of OG doubleshots in ISO-UK a while ago, and those now live on my office board. My home boards will strictly be ANSI from now on, just easier that way

You can find your order number at the bottom of your PayPal invoice.

Look into the email that you got from paypal with subject "Receipt for Your Payment to Tuhai & Co." and check near the bottom line the Invoice ID, that is a TGR-xxxxx number. That is the Order ID.
