Title: How to compile ps2avr
Post by: gipetto on Mon, 28 February 2022, 07:26:20
I have a plaid type through hole keyboard and although it's working well with qmk i'd like to play around with ps2avr or ps2avrgb, i.e. any way of getting it to use a ps2 port through a passive adapter. trouble is even with me adding hacks to the makefile to support deprecated code i can't get any of them to compile. they just hang. i don't know how to run an old compiler along with my up to date one. is there a way to have the old compiler in a flatpack? or do you run a separate distro with the older compiler. how do the rest of you handle this issue with your bootmapper keyboards.

I discovered it is now integrated into qmk, got it to compile, but haven't tried it out yet due to time constraints.
