How many extra kits can we expect to be available on mech27.com? More specifically, how many black ones?

I don't have an exact count of extras at this point in time, but there's at least one black for sure.

Hey everyone! Still working on customs clearance.  The freight forwarding company has not been very communicative, and I believe that in the future I will be looking into having everything possible made in Canada to avoid these delays.

As always, thank you for the patience and support.

I'm not sure how long of a delay this will cause, but if everything is sorted with this latest email it should be resolved tomorrow and be on the way from the port in Toronto to me here in Ottawa.  If all goes well I should have it all shipped by the end of the month.

Packaging is scheduled for delivery tomorrow.  I'm going to be out of town for reading week, so no packages will ship until Feb 26th.  I apologize for the wait and promise that when they start shipping, they'll be out fast and safely.

I’m interested in getting one if you do end up with a spare kit.  Fellow Ottawan, so I could do local pickup.

I don't know if it's been asked already, but how does this compare to the v1 in quality?

well ****, just got myself a mech27 v1. Its in flawless condition so I guess there's still that. Is it mainly the anodizing quality of the case? I can't imagine that the pcb is that much different.

and the quality of the ano on the v2 is better from what i hear

Can you actually enlighten me as to why the PCB is that much better? If someone isn't using layers, etc. will it really matter that much?

Yeah, the delay turned it from flaberghaustingly fast to damn speedy. I feel like it's going to arive in the optimal hype range.

Where could one look for detailed info/specs on the tx87 PCB?  I can’t find much of anything, at least not in English.

Thanks!  I was able to use the guide to figure out things like whether it had RGB underlighting ( yes ), if it had per key RGB ( no ), and support for in-switch LEDs ( yes ).

I wasn’t able to find info on what type of USB connector it has though.

Hey everyone! I'm flying back home today, but won't be in until later in the evening.  I might get a few kits boxed up and labelled, but no guarantees.  Tomorrow I will be boxing up and labeling a good chunk of orders.

As a reminder, I am shipping orders in chronological order.

First board has been packed, labeled and ready to go!  I'll be getting more ready to go tomorrow and they'll be picked up on Monday.  Classes are pretty intense right now, but I'll make sure I have time to get everyone's out in a reasonable time.

Looking to transfer my silver spot, if you're interested PM me.  Thanks!

What is 27's preferred way this would be done?  I've seen some organizers prefer to manage the transfer themselves by refunding the original buyer and invoicing the new one.
