Trying to figure out parts for my build. If I have the HHKB layout, do I need a 6.25 or 7u spacebar (and correspondingly sized stabilizer)? Or is it still my preference with the winkey?

Beautiful. I‘m even more looking forward to my red one! Unfortunately I‘ll have to wait until my exams are over, but this looks very promising. Mine should arrive on Monday if everything goes well.

What switches are you guys going to use?

Edit: I was wrong. It should arrive tomorrow. Only downside is that I‘ll have to pay around 32 USD for customs, but that‘s part of the hobby I guess.

The postman woke me up at 8am this morning, but it was totally worth it. I just have a trashy potato picture, but at first glance, everything looks flawlessly.

That happened to me once, turns out my postman was just lazy and marked it off to meet his quota that day. It ended up getting dropped off the next day after I opened a dispute with the postmaster. Hopefully your case is similar

Oh wow, so sorry to hear that dude. If it were me I'd go to the Post Office first thing on Monday. They should be able to talk to whoever delivered that and get it figured out from there.

I've received my kit and built the board out with a split space bar layout. Boy do I love the heft of this thing but I have to say the programming of the Leeku PCB falls far short of expectation. My preferred layout is to have caps lock momentary toggle to layer 1 and the center space bar button momentary toggle to layer two. Is there a way to accomplish this with the Jigon software that I've missed?

This sounds like something QMK would be able to do. Not sure if this PCB is QMK compatible.

No doubt; I use QMK on my other boards (DZ60's) and have grown 100% hooked on this configuration. If I can't do this easily I'm considering selling my kit if anybody is interested: silver, non-HHKB style, 1 board built split space bar with Kailh Box Royals, one board un-built with two extra aluminum plates and an extra set of stabs. PM me if interested: $575.

I have a feeling it's gonna be pretty difficult. I would just put a dz60 in there, that's what I did on mine.

It's possible to flash TMK on a Leeku but wouldn't recommend it since atmega32a chip creates limitations

I did map out the Finger60 Matrix for tmk back when I got it with the TX60. It's in xauser's L3 support code.
You can dump and keep the original firmware to roll back as well before you try anything funny.

I finished the assembling work of LZ-CLSh.
Even though the plate is a little tight when holy panda switches are put, there's no problem with using them.

This is the best 60% keeb!
