[WTB] TKL Plate ANSI 1.25x for my Phantom
« on: Wed, 02 October 2013, 04:47:52 »
Hey guys,

As the title says, I'm looking for a TKL Plate (ANSI 1.25x) for my Phantom.

More specifically, any plate that would allow me to take the top housing of the switches apart, without having to desolder the whole switch.

To the best of my knowledge, I only know two plates like that:
- Phantom plate
- Universal TKL plate (Filco/Phantom/QF compatible)

If you have one and you don't need it and/or you're willing to sell it and ship it to the UK, please PM me with a price.

Thanks,
Argy

For a moment I was  ;D but then I realised this doesn't look like ANSI...  :'(

Which layout is this?

I cannot seem to find an ANSI 1.25x plate  :(

It is The_Profosist's design. Created to use near max keys on a Phantom, with only one stabilized key being the spacebar.

Interesting... but I'm not just ready to switch from ANSI :P

Thanks for offering thought :)

I guess it's very hard to find a plate these days...  :'(

I just remembered, I have an aluminum Universal TKL plate (ANSI 1.25), which I painted red. I could offer that to you, also. I could paint it another color, if you don't like the red.

Not sure how much shipping to the UK will be, but I can get a quote if you are interested.
