Japanese keycap symbol

I was looking at a set of keycaps labeled in Japanese and this symbol was on the "Windows" key. I have a feeling that it's obvious & I'm just not seeing it but - what is this?

Specifically, it looks like salmon nigiri (Japanese, sake nigiri):





Sushi often appears in Japanese arcade games, usually as bonuses or power-ups. One of my favorite examples is the wonderful 1990 Toaplan platformer Snow Brothers. When you bounce enemies off the screen with giant snowballs, sushi bonuses appear:
