I don't quite understand the split backspace. If possible, can you give me a schematic picture so that I can ensure that I understand it correctly?

For sure! Just an alternative to the normal backspace where you gain an extra key where the backspace normally is, and the backspace is in a slightly different spot. I personally really like this layout.

Okay, based on the images you've provided, I believe my understanding is correct. I think this kind of split is more suitable for implementation on a solder PCB. I will consider adding an option for additional solder PCBs in the future.
