just wanted to update on the pricing as some people are believing this will cost over 500 Euros for some reason.

I'm aiming for 300 euros for the most expensive option but that price is subject to change (it shouldn't change much).

This board may be good therapy for trypophobia. When I saw the bare proto on my phone I was icked out. Now it is amusing again

Is it sharp at all where the holes meet the edges? I would hurt myself with this.

No it's not the final color, I like the color and it might be, but it's not confirmed.

All the holes have a small bevel so they will not be extremely sharp, however it might not be verry comfortable on the pointy parts!

It's not a saturated as my renders, however it is a bit vibrant I guess? I recommend looking at it on different screens so you can get an idea!

Seriously though, I remember seeing this initial concept/render as a joke by you, months ago on discord and I'm super happy to see protos. The holes look clean.

I don't love or hate the yellow of the proto, but I do get why the other comment said Spongebob vibes.
Maybe photos in different lighting (+/- with a block of cheese in them too haha) might change my mind, but I was expecting/wishing for a different tone of yellow.

I am looking at different color options aswell, although I like the one it is right now! I will post pictures when I have it in my hands!

Although I preferred the rendered look more at first, the prototype colour is growing on me and definitely has a more legit 'Swiss cheese' look to it.

Yeah the renders are a bit more eye-catching but also not accurate to 'swiss cheese'. They're more the colour of cheddar and maasdam.
The prototype yellow being less saturated is closer to Swiss cheese, but from the photos, it's still a bit off and I think there's room for it to be even nicer and more accurate to Swiss cheese.

It's not the end of the world whichever route Bregoli takes, but I'd suggest taking it to the next level; renaming the project the Cheeseboard, and offering 2 or 3 colour variants; because cheese can be almost white, pale yellow and saturated yellow in colours.

Sadly not very possible when going with custom colors, it will either raise the price or raise the moq for said colors
