You should probably send a notice to people, or something. Not everyone's going to see this. I'd contacted you about my missing keys before, been assured that it was going to be taken care of, and now find that that was not accurate.

I'm not trying to give you a hard time, just making sure you're aware that this is the sort of thing that will anger even patient customers so that you might proactively do something about it.

Also, the contact form doesn't seem to actually work. It just sits there, at "Sending...". Checking the console I see that there was a server side error ("the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)") when it tried to submit.

I was under the impression that Hack'd was with Cody and already sorted since it was supposed to be shipped with my HF order. It doesn't seem like that would have ever been possible if the sets are still with you.

cody was short a handful of sets after doing some replacements etc, i however still had some on hand, but as the buy was before i moved, they were still packed away, as we have just got around to the end of hyper, the issue has just come up so ive been sorting it this week

I know that this won't be looked upon fondly, but I'm really not happy that I have to wait even longer because my set was used to provide replacement keys. I didn't order it any later then anyone else, or any differently. The only mistake I made was combining the order. It really sucks. I feel like I'm getting the short end of the stick because I combined my order, when I was told that specifically wouldn't  be the case.

i never said it was about replacing missing keys, sets go missing or lost in transit, we order extras to account for these kind of eventualities, which i pay for

we only just found out cody is short a few, so ive been sorting it out

if you are not happy about that im happy to refund your set and save myself the time of going through and checking it and shipping it, and paying the additional international shipping charge

That is fine with me, you can refund it. I honestly don't think I'll get it anyway. My order number is #195424.

I know bunny is sending a metric ton out of monday/Tuesday this week, so if it's not already gone I'd bet it's going out then.
unless they have some unforeseeable downside (like they're actually made of cream cheese cunningly disguised as ABS)

Yes, every time you've asked for information I've sent it again. I filed a ticket in the new system, PM'd Cody in the past. Not sure why I am falling through the cracks.

IIRC mine was shipped slightly later and scoops were included in the one and only shipment.

If yours was shipped later in the cycle, you might already have them.

If it was shipped earlier, I believe that scoops were sent out as an extra small shipment to those who wanted them.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. The usual response is to ask whether you have created a support ticket yet.

Apparently that's the best way of getting hold of the [CTRL]ALT team these days :)

On Hold means we can't proceed with your ticket due to circumstances were waiting for, usually we have to wait for more keys to be produced, i.e we're waiting for SP to produce more scoops
unless they have some unforeseeable downside (like they're actually made of cream cheese cunningly disguised as ABS)

If anyone else is in my situation (Hyperfuse + Hack'd combined order), I received Hyperfuse but not Hack'd today.  Support ticket is in, but just an fyi.

Yep there are a few of us, so hold tight! I got my HyperFuse in September, still waiting on word from the ctrl alt crew on what the situation is for Hack'd.

Yeah, unfortunately I ended up selling the board I was going to use the set on so I'm kinda hoping for a refund at this point.  Either way, I've waited over a year so a few months give or take doesn't really matter a ton to me anymore.

Any update on the sets that still haven't been shipped out? I created a support ticket but received no response. Has everything else been abandoned until Hyperfuse finishes..

#D283D402

I created a ticket initially regarding 3 different sets -- JTK, Hyperfuse, Hack'd. You asked me to create a separate ticket for JTK (which Bunny responded to), and then told me that Hyperfuse would prob be shipped out soon (which it did!), but you didn't respond to my question regarding Hack'd so I closed that general ticket and opened one specifically for Hack'd.

Any updates? This is the last I heard on my ticket which says 'two months ago':

Quote
The current plan, as I've been told is everything is in hand except for Hack'd, as soon as Cody gets ahold of the sets he's been told to dig out the Hack'd sets and make sure theyre all there and get them out so we can wrap up another buy.

I think something was said in slack #support but it got purged, or I can't find it.
