Kellybear, updates from you are much appreciated, but you shouldn't have to be the middleman for all this. Just tell him to get his act together and do what he is suppose to do. Or man up and come give everyone updates himself. According to the last update, he should have no more problems with paypal, so everyone should either be refunded already or (for the taoboa GB) all items shipped. I doubt everyone got their refunds, and all toaboa orders were shipped. I still haven't gotten either.

If you haven't gotten your money back by now, don't have much hope of every getting it back. This thread was only half the people, there is a another GB thread that he ran, scammed everyone in that thread too and no one has gotten anything back yet from the other thread.

Consider himself gone out of shame and desperation. I am not gonna sue the bastard now. I got to prepare for thanksgiving, and I did get my refund.
