Nice! I need to find a source of similar clothing in the US. I'm typically not the biggest fan of our cold weather or backpacking/hiking gear (at least in terms of looks).
I've been attacked by random people while in the US who asked me where I got my stuff from.
Most of the stores in North America have the really technical stuff... aka The North Face and some other brands if you are lucky.
Most of the fancy gear I have come from the Scandinavian brands where outdoor is daily life instead of simply something you do on the weekends. Some brands are much more striking than the boring colours the normal North American brands offer. Take a look at
Fjll Rven,
Peak Performance (especially their casual wear),
Hglofs,
Bergans of Norway,
Nrrona,
Mammut and
Yeti for example. All high quality brands and especially Nrrona rivals brands like
Arc'Teryx when it comes to extreme quality jackets.
But keep in mind the Northern European fit is a lot slimmer and longer sleeved than the North American fit. So perhaps the
Veillance line would be better.
And if you want high fashion technical clothing, try
Acronym.
If you ever make it to The Netherlands, let me know. I will show you some good places for gear like this.
