Man, I wish I would've grabbed a brown mod set!
Same here! maybe I'll just make do with some of the relegendable blanks I got.

And now take a look at my custom keyboard!

Love that custom case!! Any chance you'll be producing them for the masses? ;)

yes, it's a whole keyboard but very hard to get people buying it since it needs very specific mods. Actually DSA Retro idea was born to be able to build exactly that keyboard :)

Anyway I'll release the source files for the case. Also I'm planning to do the same case with a standard 60% and ALPS switches.

The thickness on the caps is ~1mm like the DCS line right?

This was it, ..........I nearly choked on my Corn Flakes, when this page was shown.

It's so damn NICE I can't find any words within the English language to describe this Key-set.  Totally dumbfounded with exuberance, because I know what's coming through the post for me.

I also appreciated the email notice you sent informing me of my Order and my address that these items will be sent to.  This is what I call the MOST Professional Group Buy undertaken thus far here on Geekhack.

In fact I don't know of anyone who can meet this level of professionalism or design taste when it came to devising a Group Buy.  I am only hoping this is not the LAST key-set you will ever design for us here Matt3o.

unfortunately I don't have a white or even better beige case. the caps should look awesome on them!

Also, kudos to the braves who took the C64 kit (the grey function row) because that brown with that grey is simply amazing! I'll try to take more pictures this weeks end.

Yes, same here I had to buy 4 of them.  I always liked the Commodore Symbol because it reminded me of my old school days here in Convict Town  ::) .

That looks just great, so glad I'm in on this.

Got the confirmation mail, iirc everything is correct but the address systems seems to have problems with German "Umlaute" (ü in my case). As Ron is certainly flooded with PMs/mails I'll wait if he posts here before I send him a mail.

How should it be printed if no umlaut is available?  Just as a 'u'?

Umlauts are normally written like this in Germany:

ä=ae; ü=ue; ö=oe

But you might want to wait for Bullveyr's answer.

PS: Did I mention I can't wait for these? I already got a "I hate you for getting these!" from a friend!  ;)

As MadScientist46 wrote ü=ue, so it should be printed that way (although "u" would also work I guess).

I don't worry about the girl who probably will deliver the package, the people in the distribution centers are a different story (I worked in one as a summer job a couple of times :D).
They can handle non-consecutive addresses here, so a simple letter shouldn't be that of a problem. :p

If SP can pull it off making all 87 or 104 keys, then I'm in for at least 4 sets.  Please make available any extra's like spare Space-bars (PBT - 7 inchers) and different coloured ESC's, Enter (RETURN's) and such  ;D .

 - Ron I samwisekoi

My mail also has question marks for some letters (å and ä). If they're not possible to replicate, a simple "a" works as replacement i think.
