very rare and not made any more. Robin from Cherry confirmed that the company simply would never bring doubleshot back again. So what are out there is all there is.

but technically it could right? the difference in thickness is probably worth less than another red esc key in terms of materials needed to produce

You can pay SP for a new cherry mold ~$5k-ish per mold to make them. But everyone wants the original Orangish-Red Esc

No they don't have the equipment any more.

Even if we were offering millions, simply wouldn't happen. Cherry was bought up by an automotive giant for its car switches. Keyboards are of little importance in the grand scheme of things.
