I avoid social media like the plague, so asking to enter without promoting your site on Twitter feels like I'm committing the ultimate wallethack against you.   If you do continue to keep this contest open to GHers who don't have a Twitter account, and if I qualify (I have a low post count and I've only been active since November), I would like an ErgoDox with MX Clears.  If I do win, you can expect a thread on GH detailing my winnings.  I assume most people here would do the same (it's the decent thing to do), but maybe you can make that a requirement for the people who don't promote your site via Twitter.
I made a new account so I wouldn't spam my timeline, but that's the whole point of it to enter.

I'm going to make an assumption and say that "spamming" timelines is a bonus for intelli78 since he wants to inherently increase the visibility/viewership/readership of his blog.
Yeah, I missed the not being on Twitter part, but I think the content is good, so I don't mind

If he had nothing other than the buyer's guide, his site would be worth a visit.  It makes for easy comparisons between a good range of boards.  But his Mech101 feature is a good introduction for people who are new to the subject, and his group buy tracker looks like it would be a valuable tool for GeekHackers.

Very nice site - the cross-references between the articles are particularly helpful :)

I'll enter (here) ;D

My current most wanted keyboard is an industrial SSK, but I know how little chance I have of that, or a conventional SSK.  The SSK is not listed in your Buyer's Guide, so I'll settle for a Topre RealForce 87U 55g uniform white.

:D

And remember people, he wants more traffic!  Don't just enter the competition and then forget about the site - visit it regularly for updates.  Tell your friends about it!

Thank you for this competition - and hopefully your site traffic increases :)
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

My twitter account has been pretty much dead for two years now so I'll post here.
If I win I'd like to win the prettiest keyboard of them all AKA the White HHKB Pro 2 Type-S.

Your blog is great btw!  :thumb:
The Mech 101 section is great for newcomers and thanks for clearing up the differences between Vortex, Tex, KBC, KBT, etc.
I look forward to reading future articles.
In the end.. the keyboard's most grand form of existence is as an ethereal bridge between man and machine..    Each depression of the keys, evanescent.. Our transitory thoughts crashing into the web, carving canyons through the internet wasteland such that life may once again flourish..

I feel bad for entering without a twitter, but I did subscribe to your Youtube!

I'll probably have to say for stock keyboards, the HHKB Type-S (blank) or the Korean Realforce 104UK Hi-Pro (which is difficult to obtain in the US...)

In terms of not-stock, jury's still out, I'm still relatively new to the high-end keyboard game. Thanks for the giveaway and good luck to everyone else!

It has a spacebar which includes normal stems, but it also has a second set of stems to accommodate the spacing of the stabs, which is not normal.

Nah if you did it on twitter you are good to go.

It's the other way around actually.
The second set of spacing you see in the spacebar is actually to accommodate the older leopold keyboards that don't follow the normal convention like the 700/500 etc.
The 750 uses the normal standard spacing stems and you can actually use any normal spacebar from another set or keyboard and put it on the 750.

Thanks for doing this intelli! I don't twitter otherwise I would hit you up over there. I will definitely check out your blog when I get some time tho.

I'm definitely in on your giveaway, but I need a little time to figure out what I want xD

In relation to what topics I want to read about. I would love to get some info about benefits and downsides to the various types of materials plates are made out of. Titanium, aluminum, plastics of various flavors. Seems interesting, and it's not readily available info from what I've seen.

Good luck with the give away everyone :D
