Title: Clear Switch POKER kit
Post by: zaerst on Tue, 05 April 2011, 17:50:02
SOLD

Set of 61 clear switch tops, stems, and springs. This is really meant for someone wanting a clear switch poker, hence 61 for the 61 keys of the poker.

No soldering/desoldering (http://geekhack.org/showwiki.php?title=Island:12790) required. You'll just need to follow the guide of how to switch the tops and innards. It's pretty simple, just pop ans swap! Great DIY project to have a very unique board.

Best offer. PM pls.

You can get a donor KB with ~130 clears for 35-55 depending on your timing/luck/chi.  Then you have to do the work to de-solder them.  Someone is/was unloading 109 for $40 shipped.

see the op.  as long as their pcb mounted switches, you can utilize the method of switch modding that doesn't require any use of a solder iron.
