Welcome to the night:
Many of you know me from my Nexus Slider GB and more recently my keyboard designs from TheKey.Company, and for a while now I have been wanting to make a set but could never find the right one, until now.
Inspired by those elite few who navigate the rooftops of a dystopian cyberpunk city, GMK Night Runner aims to bring a little of the not-so-distant future to your set up.
The inky dark alpha base color represents the night sky, while the soft, dark blue used for the modifiers represents moon lit features, and the bright yellow legends represents the landscape of fluorescent signs and people running about the city and its skyline.

Surely this goes against your vision of the set but I feel like the mod colour steals the show here, I'd like to see what it'd look like if it were a uniform set (à la terminal/skidata/etc) with just the acid yellow accents.
I get where you are coming from but I wasn't in love with that as much hence the mod change. Maybe I could do a N9 mod kit but base will be the blue.

Current alphas are N9(renders are darker than intended) but I am thinking about switching to Pantone 426 C which is a mid point between N9 and CR. The reason to keep N9 is to be able to match other N9 sets, but switching would make it closer to the original renders and what I was thinking of color wise. Hard decision as both have pros/cons but I am on the fence and can't decide myself.

Updated kits to fix compatibility and requests from the IC form. As well I have updated the colors to include Pantone 426 C, which is at this time the planned alpha base and accent legends color.

Also the Deskpad is in the works and I think it will be one of the best out there imo.

I really like the deskpad! One thing is the chinese/japanese characters just say night and to run/walk/go. Any possibility changing to to be runner?
Reason for it being 夜走 "Night Run" is to match the novelties(being that runner is two characters 走者).

I love the grid 600 render where the alphas look midnight blue and the modifiers are a lighter blue. Not a huge fan of the yellow on black modifiers. I would buy that whole setup in the grid 600 render if I could.

Changed up kits a bit to give better support. And wanted to announce that the GB will be running very soon, Date is June 14th as I need to get the final set of renders in and ready for the GB launch and get all accessories ready as well.
Base kit: Now has the R3 PgUp and R4 PgDn caps added back in.
40's kit: Changed support quite a bit to try and get split space in there so 40's users weren't forced to buy 3 kits. Added full split space support to the kit but the compromise was keeping the accent colored 2U and 1U spacebars in the spacebar kit to keep the size of the 40s kit down as it is already fairly massive.
Spacebar kit: Moved the alpha colored 2u and 1u spacebars to the 40s kit and have duplicate alpha colored 2.25u and 2.75u spacebars for those that need split space support on non-40% boards.
Novelties kit: Added a new Skyline cap to allow for a full set of 4 for either function row or bottom row modifiers.

I can sympathize. I also tried using RAL but the color selection is quite poor in comparison to Pantone. I think that is why GMK can match RAL a bit more easily.
Anyway, this isn't BlindAssassin's first rodeo and he has a good community behind him at TKC so I wouldn't worry about the color matching.

I see artisans are still TBD, any word on which you’re leaning yet on either having or not having them?
At the moment it is mostly just a "Can we get something" as we are trying but have nothing confirmed at the moment, if it doesn't work out then it is what it is.
Have you considered running a NorDeUk kit or adding UK-ISO caps to the base kit?
ISO support will stay as it is in the base kit(only the num row keys missing from support).

Sorry for not updating in a bit, GMK took so long on the color sample approval that is pushed back the GB.
Working on getting everything ready for launch right now, So no updates most likely until launch.
And artisans have been talked about, I have selected what I want and we will go from there. The official announcement/reveal will be later but so far I love them.
