I really don't see any licensing issues with this. No character face novelties or any direct references to IP like we've seen with other sets.

As others have stated the colors don't reflect the primary colors associated with the character as directly as GMK Darling or KAT Explosion do, but that's totally fine.
The colorscheme itself is solid (kinda reminds me of GMK Delta).

I don’t see DVA in there, it’s too dark plus maybe add Hangul to the alphas

Indeed, doesn't remind me of D.Va... Nice color scheme though.
For novelties, would suggest a "Nerf This" key! As well as a soda can, Doritos, bunny, etc...

Very clean. I like it. As others have said, you may run into issues with naming and copyright, etc.
