so, will you guys still be interested in this set if I include the HHKB set into the main set?

I'm looking into getting this complete mod set done, even for HHKB users (which includes me  ) and i think it's hard to reach MOQ for the HHKB set alone.

And of course, the spacebar would be a separate buy. No full or stepped control in R3 though since the aim of this pack is to have icon mods.

Same. I like the little Backspace on the pipe keys, so I'd put those on my board despite not using them. Plus, I figured if I'd ever get a kustom with a HHKB-layout at least I'll have keys.

I think that they are offering black, cyan and magenta so offering beige spacebars wouldn't clash (unless there is another gb that I don't know about).

The space bar offered along with the modifiers set may save on shipping cost for internationals, the other GB is already covered and it does not include beige space bars and blacks are always handy.

Only possible difference may be the legends to be yellowed, but nothing that a good retrobrighting cannot fix, besides, the difference in tones would be very hard to see.

You can also match them with JTK sets. I thought of running the icon mods first because JTK, GMK or OG users can benefit from this since they're all cherry profile. Or you can use these with Gateron blanks

Of course, it was the assumption of RevoTeam, and, as it was said by the OP you can mix and match these modifiers with many other alphas available, I think these three colors are the best for combining with other sets and make them usable in a variety of keyboards.

Yes,my legends are yellowed.....i just really want the whole set. now i know how to brighten the classic beige sets,but how to retrobringhting the white legends? please do tell
