Keyboards / Similar to the Kangaroo, but cheaper?
« Last post by Rabbit_Games on Tue, 14 May 2024, 11:20:38 »
I'm trying to find a southpaw keyboard like the Kangaroo (but not $500). I was going to settle with the Keychron Q12 (blue version), but damned if I can find one. Amazon is totally sold out and my local (Dallas) Microcenter only carries it in black.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Ori will of wisps in HDR, this game will for sure cause oled burn-in, the little dude is crazy white.

I played whole game and no burn-in, don't worry, play the game, have fun :)
Also played Settlers 2 for hundred of hours and nothing.

The little guy is blindingly bright, and the main atk combo is also blinding.

Keyboards / Re: How hard do you all type?
« Last post by mohawk1367 on Tue, 14 May 2024, 09:38:00 »
Ever since I got my hhkb, I've noticed that I've been typing like, way less hard than I used too, you would think I was using 100g springs with how hard it was, but I don't know it just happened suddenly when I switched off it to my mx board and realised that.

I think it might've happened because of how tiring it was with how I used to type on my hhkb, cause it's got that steel plate so when you type really hard it feels so stiff, so maybe my hands adjusted subconsciously so It wouldn't be as harsh or tiring. The only other thing I could think of is that because the actuation of the topre switches and it being tactile, but I have used tactiles that are like topre in terms of you push the switch and it bottoms out and I still typed pretty hard with them.

How hard do you all type, would like to know?
isnt hhkb plastic though? realforce are steel plate

So you put GH on the hobby side and Reddit on culture? Sorry if I got your post wrong.

My experience with Reddit is that there is an awful gatekeeping. Don't you dare to post something that is not a perfectly done shelf piece, made only for looks.
Then there is all the fake audio takes that are highly edited.

There is neither a welcome culture nor like any kind of acceptance of beginners. "You are new? Better get out there and learn the ropes all by yourself, pal. Come back, when you have something high end to show off!"
Honestly, I think r/mk is only a small step away from posting nothing more then AI generated renders and sound profiles. An utopia of fakes and mock ups.
