Novatouch sliders can't be purchased separately, correct? I'm assuming the barebones Novatouch would be the only way to go?
And they're the exact same as regular sliders, in that height and width are the same, except for Cherry inside stems?

yes and yes. sometimes you can find people selling just the sliders. but buying a used nova or new barebones is probably the only way you can go about it. the only thing you'd have to modify would be the space bar stabilizers to get a 6u cherry spacebar to fit. either modify the novatouch sliders or your hhkb case. I've read modifying your case is better for keeping nice key stabilization.

Not sure if I conveyed my concern properly - my issue isn't with "Ctrl" vs. "Control" - but that the pictures make it look like the 1.25u "Control" legend isn't left-aligned (or even center-aligned either). It kind of looks off center, towards the right.

yeah, the 1.25x control for enjoypbt is actually off to the right.  while it is a little wonky looking, i don't think it looks too bad.  i haven't tried putting these sets on a board yet.  the 1.5x mods look fine though.

1800 kit is for the Ins/Del/End cluster of keys profiled to fit an actual 1800 layout keyboard for the more exacting people. Like the Skidata.

1800 shift is included as per OP.

Anyone have RU Red and regular Cherry Red (aka red alert) to compare? To me it looks like RU Red looks a lot darker and more striking than the Red Alert-lookalike. It might be because the letters themselves are thicker or because there's black on the keys, though...
