What's this, in its packaging?

It's brand new but its original box was lost, so I guess I'll call it "new in foam"

I've since done a bolt mod because it was missing about 2/3 of its rivets, now it feels nicer and I'm liking the extra desk space!

good old eBay, though it was a good price even if it wasn't new. I just considered that a bonus

4th Gen Ambra??? Very odd. Kinda reminds me of KeyTronic rubberdomes more than a Model M.
The keycaps are all one color. Still very very peculiar.

Correct, 2.0 flashed with soarers controller (not converter). Layout and configuration is basically hhkb with a numpad.

Have had this guy for a while, Lexmark branded 1398601. Early from when Lexmark just started producing Model M's I think.

how did you make it usb? I have one to modify lying around from the secret santa :D

Just a teensy flashed with soarers and 4 wires soldered to the pins on the original connector. I kept it very simple so I could remove the teensy at any time because I have a 5150 and 5151 monitor that this board came with, all in their original boxes.

A thing of beauty you have there! I've got 4 industrial IBM keyboards (one real, 3 NOS full shells) but they're all full-size. I'm still pissed off that I got outbid at 450 EUR (I think it went for 510 EUR) back in the days when there was a real industrial miny on sale at DT.
