Hi, If i buy this keyboard, do i have to install all the switches by my self and put keycaps on? is there a video show how to do it?
Or is there a completed version of this keyboard that i can just buy it?

You have to bring your own switches and stabilizers and do the soldering yourself. Alternatively you can look for someone to do the soldering for you. This is a VERY high value board so sending it to someone for soldering is taking a HIGH risk.

Completed, built versions of this board will probably be a LOT more expensive on the aftermarket.

Surely you would only have to post the plate and PCB if you were getting someone else to assemble?

Only select for extra PCB and plate if you want to receive two PCBs and two plates.

yeah, me too... somehow it's very intriguing. But I'd have to see it to know if it also looks good, or if I should go with the full symetry on the bottom row

STS (as a German, I am having a hard time with the SS) is great if you like a very stiff, solid feel of the switch mount. I love it, you can really HACK on it and there is literally no impression beyond the keycap travel.

Alu offers more colors and flexes a little more. That "little more" does give the keyboard a VERY slightly different characteristic, letting your fingers land just a tiny bit softer when hacking at it.

If you're the guy clipping stabs and hacking caps ... the SS STS option is for you.

Stainless steel will be stiffer and heavier. Some people prefer the stiffness more for linear switches.

I do think it is fair as the person has to go back and submit the form three times which could allow for the buy to fill up before they do. Ultimately it is the Group Buy runners decision.
