Title: Das Keyboard Model S review (Cherry MX Blue)
Post by: chyros on Sat, 15 June 2019, 06:23:54
Today we look at a more modern offering from Das than the original one I reviewed a while ago; the Model S! Considering the marketing pages on Das' website, this thing better be good - hope you enjoy the video! :)

This is a 3rd gen Das, they picked up the "Model S" designation somewhere during this time.
The good 3rd gens were made by Costar (Taiwan), ones with media controls (like this one) were made by a Chinese supplier. Neither of which are German.

Costar models were better made and more expensive but for the era it was good other than that damn fingerprint prone finish.
Both models had the 2 usb ports on the side, something I wish others would adopt, it's great for right handers who use wireless mice. The cord on mine is nearly dead and I've moved on from it, but it served me well. I still break it out from time to time and loan it to people who want to try a mechanical.
