We would like to introduce everyone to BN009
BN009 is an CNC machined macropad from a solid block of aluminium.
It is a 9 key macropad which had 9 switches. Each key can be configured via QMK to do just about anything you want it to.

Improvements from BNR1 GB

Last time we had some issue in our packaging which caused some BNR1 to be damaged during shipping.

Update 21/01/2022

Unfortunately, there will be delay in production.  This is due to more units being damaged during return shipment from anodization than initially anticipated. We can't ship the damaged units.
We are currently manufacturing new units to replace the current damaged units. Though we have already received all other components and packaging.

We're very sorry for this delay. We are working overtime to get it manufactured ASAP.

We request you please wait for some more time.

First, they wrote on their website that they will deliver it in November, then they said December, now they slightly moved it to January. On request of canceling the order, they write: "Your money was invested in production. It will be a loss for us if you want to cancel the order.". Feels like a SCAM to me!

We really apologize for delay. First of all we never said delivery in Nov. Secondly, it seems like you are new to this community and not familiar with group buy meaning. Definitely your money is invested in production and later when you request to cancel it is loss for us. Though if you still don't need it anymore we will sure process your refund. We have already mention GB policy on website.

For sure it was November first. I was buying on the website where there was no mention of any group buy BS. What you writing here is illegal in Germany, where you sell this to me. I will make sure that I am writing back here when I will get a refund. I am not writing back, it is a SCAM.

In the message above you write about all conditions that apply to the buyer, I guess that is all valid if you as a seller keep your promise of delivering a good product in time. You already failed to deliver it in time, so I don't see a reason anyone should keep with their promises to you. Also, I very doubt now that you would deliver anything of good quality. Waiting for a refund.

No, you did not refund me, I paid 80$ you send me back 71,5$. So far you have appropriated(stolen?) 8,5$. Still waiting for it to be refunded.

We can't have more arguments on this because this is not the right place. Already mentioned that PayPal fee will not be refunded.

OP said would start shipping out by Jan 10th. Now is Jan 21st and... no further updates on the status.
