Any possiblity TKL mods n alphas be broken in two kits? Also no more Russkie kit??

Sadly no. It should go as a TKL kit.
And what's the Russkie kit? 

Like it, would love a staggered 40% kit. Also, any plans for an alternate alpha set or no plans to go as big as 88 Commando w/ it's kit options this time?

Yes actually there's a plan for a follow-up GB if the first one's successfully done, and there will be some more colors (and maybe a special set).

I'm grateful for all the feedbacks and support. This IC was really helpful and the kits have been finalized.

What is color codes for this set? same as commando 88 ?

The colors will be custom made and will not be the same as 88 Commando.
