Yes but if (wishing) one want to do a dyesub cap with that logo it can't be blackWouldn't work with gray either because white is lighter.
The best bet would probably be to DS the text and then laser infill the square.

You're right, I spoke with sherryton last week and he confirmed they are not selling any more orders of the Dolch set. Disappointed, I was waiting for them to come in stock before I ordered.

But when I order from his site, everything arrives very quickly. It's probably his priority to get actual orders sorted and shipped, while replying to threads and PMs is secondary when he has free time.

I got an e-mail from GMK this morning, and they responded that they are working on the Tab key. I believe that is the last thing before shipment. They also said the latest they will ship is Friday or Monday. Yeah, they said that multiple times, but lets hope this is the last time they said that.

At this point, we're so late into the buy that right now, time doesn't matter, but I'd really like an explanation from Sherryton (or PM IvanIvanovich, his recent buy is finished...) about how GMK runs things. You have actively ordered stuff from them before in seemingly large quantities, it just doesn't make sense for them to keep blowing you off on one order. And if these don't ship by Friday or Monday, I for one would like to start seeing some of these communications from them. Businesses that don't deliver don't last.
Assuming MOQ is 400, sherry has 4 sets including dolch +rgb and red esc keys... That's close to 2000 keycap sets, at say $50 each that's $100k in under a year. Of course not profit but still..I was just curious and looking back at the original estimated time to get these made:How's that e-mail lookin?

Maybe i'm confusing things with Ivan's stuff but I thought this extension set was going to have the 1xR4 "0" and 1xR3 "-" key at minimum to make it 1800 friendly. As it currently sits you get a blank for both and with awkward profiled R4 blank for the "-". And of course the Delete/End/PgDn was always going to be funky

Invoices are going out really well. I just wanted to thank everyone for the support again. The package arrived, and we are about 65% done with packaging. There are still some problems which is why I am sending out this e-mail. As you guys know from the picture, the Windows and Menu key are available as is. The space bar is not center stemmed, so I have to get them to reproduce those again. I am not really happy with the LED Window keys because the Pad Print legend font is not too strong, so I hope they will fix that.

I'm here to give the latest update about the 6.25x space bar. GMK is working on it, and is planned to ship at the mid of next week. Everything will be ready by then, and the 6.25x space bar will be the last to package right before it ships. Everything is about 70% done packaging because we had to await our 4th (4 packages had shipped from FedEx, but only 3 arrived last week) package which arrived today. This means every order (all US and International orders) will be shipped between 9/23 - 10/2 (if everything goes as planned).
I wanted to know if anyone wanted the Filco or Realforce Aluminum cases. I am doing a group buy, and I need 12 orders in either of the cases to proceed with those group buys. The price are as follows:
Realforce 86/87: $225
Filco Majestouch 87: $210
The price does not include shipping. The group buy ends on the 22nd of this month. I am sorry for the short notice. I will do another update on the forum. Please let me know if you are interested.

That was the deciding thing being stuck with next to NO available keycaps. But if you're willing to spend huge amounts buying it off members here on Geekhack it may suit keeping the Realforce.
But I gave up on it long ago, due to Cherry being such a prime vehicle for massive customization with almost any shape of keyboard/key-caps imaginable.
Supposedly topre/realforce/leopold/whoever actually makes these things is opening a new factory (in the next month?) and there might be ability to get new orders of keycaps made at some point in the future. I've only heard this kind of second-or-third-hand though (the original source was the EK guy I think), so who actually knows.
That being said, I'm definitely willing to spend "huge amounts" buying them from a GH member, for some definition of "huge" :p

I know there were some cheap dolch packs maybe 3 months ago but hardly anything recently. Two come to mind and one of those didn't even show a picture of the keyboard and the other the guy didn't know what he had.

For anyone who hasn't seen dolch caps in person -- the caps in that picture look darker than my OG dolch set, I think/hope that's just due to the lighting in the pictures.

Wow, that's the first keyset I have something to compare our set to. I have been looking at pictures of multiple Dolch sets, but all the lighting are just off or my set is wrong. Our set looks like the one that demik posted though. Thanks demik, you have great visual memory.

I made a mistake on the first 2 Classic sets.
For both of them, the white colored keycap was too strong.
For Olivetti, the beige was suppose to be darker.
The Orange Ski Data was not my problem as GMK did not have the orange color available. The company have swapped to a different orange since the first one.
All of these sets also had the wrong Tab Legend.
I always want to keep my sets very classic, but I want to change them up as well. The first 2 sets were not intended to be a mess up.
For the Dolch set, I tried to make sure everything was right from the Tab to the color (and the color is indeed correct). I try to listen to the majority of you guys, but it's not always easy for 1 person to try to get everything right the first time. I'm always trying to add something a little extra to differentiate it from the original as well such as the Extension set. I hope you guys understand, and I will try to gather an interest for such items instead next time!
I missed out on the Dolch set from Originative but I was very lucky to obtain an original Dolch set (no pun intended) for my Phantom Ansi 125. That also leads me to another question: can you compare the BSP PBT smoothness to a set of imsto's PBT? I used to think all PBT had this roughness to it, and thus, wasn't too fond of it, but I found out that isn't necessarily true. If the BSP aren't as rough, I will likely buy a set of those.

Probably an idiosyncrasy with the Cherry font. The ~, and only the ~, seems to be about 50% bigger in relation to the other special characters on the keyboard e.g. @ # $.
But not being familiar with Cherry legends I guessed it just might be like that.

And if an extra 6.25 spacebar was included that was similar in color to the mods. This would help when putting these key sets on poker boards.

Problem with that space bar, I'm not a big fan. I like to keep it original by having ~ \ and space bars with the Alpha colors. But there are a few select out there who disagree, but this is how it was done originally.
