If I read that correctly, it's $50 (plus shipping?) with MOQ of 50, and yes SMD pre-soldered.

A very good deal and very interesting (I'd go for ANSI) but I have a tiny question about this series of 60% boards. See, I'm sold on my dedicated arrow keys (WKL is fine) and can't tell but it looks like this board doesn't really support enough 1x keys down in the right hand corner for that.

 Comments?

Hum, at 50$ I would be down for 1, ANSI (1.25), color GREEN!!! (well, if not available like in picture, color choice would be white, but any other would be fine also)

May I answer with this pic ?   You may do it with 4 keys on the right corner as arrow keys, shown in the in the pic. You may save Shift key for the up arrow by Fn + down arrow .
No near future support for the four 1x keys in the right bottom row is planned, for PCB Stability and SW Solidity issues down there.

OK so now that I've seen both your IC's I can say I like them both ... but will not, myself, be able to get one of each.

So, when the GB happens, I'll quick-like source a plate, I guess, and whichever size plate I can get more reasonably I'll order a matching PCB with SMDs in ANSI. Don't care red/black/green/purple.

$50?  I'd probably be in for a pair or three if I have the money at the time.

ANSI|White/Black|1-3
The price is refered to the established PCB price system. For example, latest and Not pre-soldered MX-mini and A.87 (designed by BeastMask) are around 38~42 USD incl. tax, in Korea.

http://www1.kbdmania.net/xe/market_info/7508028      http://winkeyless.kr/65

FaceU  : 1장당 38,500원 (부가세 포함, 현금 영수증 발행)     = translation  = 장당 38,500 KRW /1pcb  =  38 USD un-assembled, bulk parts.

Question: what led modes are available right now?

I'm planning to make my capslock a shiftlock with a cherry mx lock key, so the led on it must be

only activated when on hold since its on hold. If that its not available please suggest so. Thanks! :)

Question: what led modes are available right now?

I'm planning to make my capslock a shiftlock with a cherry mx lock key, so the led on it must be

only activated when on hold since its on hold. If that its not available please suggest so. Thanks! :)

-  Full LED control, latest LED modes, regularly updated.  Open Source based.
-  LED modes at present : 1. Off   2. On   3. fading, breathing   4. getting brighter   5. getting darker  6. push on  : new modes being developed.

-  LED preview :  http://www1.kbdmania.net/xe/photo/7439979    need to be updated.

I just noticed this:

"-  the essential SMD parts pre-soldered and tested."

Are there some SMD components for other facets of the keyboard that won't come soldered in place?

Do you have a time-frame for when this GB will be starting?
It's a good width!  If it's half-width it's too narrow, and full-width is too wide.
