I don't understand the hype. Demik already posted his picture here (where he rides a motorcycle).
(...)Whereas back then I wrote about the tyranny of the majority, today I'd combine that with the tyranny of the minorities. These days, you have to be careful of both. They both want to control you. The first group, by making you do the same thing over and over again. The second group is indicated by the letters I get from the Vassar girls who want me to put more women's lib in The Martian Chronicles, or from blacks who want more black people in Dandelion Wine.
I say to both bunches, Whether you're a majority or minority, bug off! To hell with anybody who wants to tell me what to write. Their society breaks down into subsections of minorities who then, in effect, burn books by banning them. All this political correctness that's rampant on campuses is b.s.

Fine. But this image is likely going to self destruct after a little bit. Also, I am female, and you guys always expect us ladies to be done up with the makeup and hair. This is me, no makeup, no fanciness. Don't make me reget this.

Everyone thought I was an old lady!

Naw, it just seems too implausible that a geek forum would have slowly accumulated a small handful of young attractive female members, even after all these years.
"The Trump campaign announced in a letter that Republican candidates and committees are now expected to pay “a minimum of 5% of all fundraising solicitations to Trump National Committee JFC” for using his “name, image, and likeness in fundraising solicitations.”
“Any split that is higher than 5%,” the letter states, “will be seen favorably by the RNC and President Trump's campaign and is routinely reported to the highest levels of leadership within both organizations.”"

It is a sad state of affairs still for women in STEM fields. Have to work twice as hard while d-bags call you 'honey' and 'sweetheart'.

So many people coming out with these pics now!

And I agree with the others, very pretty. But I am not married.    You might be the age I thought you were all along, but you do look quite young.

As for STEM field difficulties...I still can't believe it's "okay", but some of the people in one of our plants will not talk to female engineers. They will relay their speaking through another man...with the woman standing two feet away... It blows my mind and I cannot even comprehend it.

I regularly have men refuse to talk to me. Or if they are forced to, assume everything I say is wrong. It is beyond frustrating. Another one of my favorites is they will purposely shorten my name to be male, even tho that is not what anyone calls me  (think, turning Samantha into Sam). I think it is insecurity on their part more than anything.

When I was in my late twenties - which was not long ago, I routinely was called a teenager. I had a principal once try to get me on a school bus because she thought I was one of the 15 year old students getting a tour of my office.   :))

Too much innuendo, not enough faces.

Fine. But this image is likely going to self destruct after a little bit. Also, I am female, and you guys always expect us ladies to be done up with the makeup and hair. This is me, no makeup, no fanciness. Don't make me reget this.

Makes sense. STEM is nerds, nerds have never been good at talking to girls.

Married man here, so no creepy intentions, but you are adorable. You look like a real life Disney princess.

Edit: I also imagined you as older.

Man.. now the NSA is gonna be all over geekhack.
