The design of the evaporation mechanism is so simple...... almost elegant..... :D
Water flows across a UV lit channel that kills germs.
Goes into a "Wick// evaporative surface"

The fan, "very quiet" draws air through the wick, moistening it..
wick-filter replacement once a month, bout $14.. relatively inexpensive
My room is now a nice 45% up from 28% with the heater on...
The wick design is great because this will also pull dust and debris out of the air..
so you get a filtering effect....
Water tank has a BIG hole that you can stick your WHOLE HAND in to clean.... :D
All the surfaces "inside" the machine is completely easy to clean, no little nooks that you need to get at... ^-^
Freaking... I love this thing........ :D :D
